Joshua G. Myers - CEO/President

Joshua Myers in a Graduate of the University of San Diego and retains a Bachelors Degree in Business and Real estate. Joshua is the fourth generation of real estate developers in his family. They have been responsible for residential and commercial developments in over 127 cities and 25 states. Joshua has been involved in real estate development for over a decade and has acquired real estate projects throughout California, Arizona, Oregon, and New Mexico. He has been involved in every aspect of the development process including; Demographic Research, Land Acquisition, Engineering, Project Financing, Construction, and Sale of Projects. Joshua has successfully negotiated residential and commercial land transactions with National Home Builders and Fortune 500 Companies throughout his career. In addition to his real estate career, Joshua is a philanthropic person and donates to several charities. He is very committed to building better communities throughout the Western States.

 

Luis Krueger, Director of Business Development

Luis Krueger is a 23 year veteran of the mortgage and banking industry. Prior to joining Blackstone Development Group, he was the top sales producer for Citibank's Mortgage and Home Equity Divisions. He also held positions at PNC Bank, Washington mutual, and Aurora Loan Services. In each of these roles he demonstrated his leadership, management skills and business growth abilities. Luis was selected to represent his sales team at the President's Club and Chairman's circle for multiple years. He holds his Series 7 license, a California real estate license and is a member of the California Mortgage Broker Association. He is a veteran of the military and an avid golfer.

 

Mathew Wolfe - Vice President, Blackstone Builders

Mathew Wolfe graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Engineering and Applied Science. Mathew has spend the last nine years in the construction industry, specializing in commercial development. He has been responsible for the completion of dozens of commercial buildings and many homes ranging from entry level to full custom. He is responsible for the overall management of Blackstone Builders and oversees construction on all projects. Mathew has found that commercial work is his true passion, and treats every project as if it were his own.

 

Jeff Grohs - Vice President Finance

Jeff Grohs graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Business and Marketing. Jeff has spent the last 10 years in the commercial finance industry. Jeff has worked both on the private debt side and with the local banks, funds and institutions. He is primarily responsible for construction funding, development, and acquisition loans. Jeff is a Affiliate member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and the Scottsdale Lenders Association Group.

 

Erin Loudermilk - PE, LEED AP, Project Manager

Erin Loudermilk is graduate of Purdue University and holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Ms. Loudermilk is a registered professional engineer in the State of Arizona with over 11 years experience and is a LEED Accredited Professional, specializing in civil engineering. She is the Head Project Manager, responsible for client coordination, planning, design of projects and management of engineers. She also is responsible for meeting with City staff and maintains schedules and budgeting of engineering projects. She was one of Arizona's nominees for National Engineer of the Year - Top 30 Under 30 - Award in 2007.

 

Geoff W. Harris - P.E., Civil Engineer

Geoff Harris is graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering (1992). He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Arizona since 1999 and has been working in the engineering field for over 14 years. He has worked as a Hydrologist, Designer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Geoff is also member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

 

Christopher B. Rod - P.E., Civil Engineer/Hydrologist

Christopher Rod is graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering (1993) and an ACEC LEAP Graduate. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Arizona with over 15 years experience, specializing in drainage design and surface water Hydrology. Mr. Rod has completed a variety of projects for local State and Federal Agencies with the State of Arizona. He has many professional memberships, including; American Consul for Engineering, American Society of Civil Engineers, and AZFMA.

 

Lynn Johnson, Senior Construction Manager- Blackstone Builders

Lynn Johnson has spent the past 41 years in the residential and commercial building industry. Lynn has constructed projects all over the Western United States and has a vast knowledge and understanding of the intricate details that are required to construct projects in an efficient and timely manner. He built his first home in 1970 and has spent the past four decades building projects ranging from gas stations, retail, restaurant, residential subdivisions and other commercial structures. His vast experience in this industry is extremely beneficial to making Blackstone Builders a competitive force this today's market place.
